• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service constraints, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.
Shipping Within India
• We offer standard shipping across India.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
- A link to track your package
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
• Pongshop is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
