At Pongshop, we believe in being upfront and honest with our customers. Since our registrations and related policies are currently in progress, we’re temporarily operating with a no refund / no return policy.

For now, Pongshop does not offer any warranties on products, express or implied -  including warranties of merchantability, quality, accuracy of description, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Order Cancellations

Pongshop.in may cancel an order for several reasons, such as:
• Items or materials being unavailable,
• Issues detected with payment or account details,
• Incomplete or inaccurate information from the customer,
• Or any other concern at our discretion.

In some cases, we may reach out for additional information before confirming an order. Pongshop.in also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
